Best speaker set in the $150 range?

My Phoenix GOLD RSD's or w/e they are called just blew so I'm looking to replace them. Any ideas on what to look for? I've been out of the loop for the longest time so I don't know what's good. I'm looking for a 6.5 set, probably around 50w rms and matching it up with 2 12's. I'm looking to go more with SQ. Any suggestions? Thanks. Also, if possible, a good amp as well to go with them, I have an old Kenwood I believe.

Used is def a great option.

And yes, I think Focals are overpriced. The only ones I'd buy are the K2ps and up. And I'd be hard pressed to pay for those as well. At that price point, you will get waaaaay better bang for the buck buying raw drivers and going active.

oh man dont spend your money on that amp,no good. cl 60 component set i can do Amazon.com: Cl-60 - CDT Audio Classic Series 6.5" 2 Way Convertible Speaker System: Car Electronics i can do these for 150 shipped in the states .i'd have to see the cost of shipping to toronto tho

I didn't buy it, I already have that amp. I'd prefer not to buy another amp, but is it really that bad?
