Best sound @ 2k (ish) watts

I had the same problem around Christmas. My wife bought me a Sundown 2000d and at the time I was running two 12w6v2's. I found two dc lvl 4's used for a great price. I sent them to Rusty and had them reconed with lvl 5 soft parts. I am extremely happy. I figured I was going to lose major sq. To my suprise, not only do the dc's sound really good, they get LOUD. I know they can handle more power, but I don't think I could handle anymore than what I have now. They are in 7 cubes tuned to about 33 hz. Just my experience.
