BEST Sleep supplement?

I need some sleeping pills. I cannot go to sleep and it pisses me the f*** off. the past 3 nights I have been going to bed at 4 in the morning and waking up at 1:00. Needs to stop, ya know?

I'll try that simply sleep stuff, can you find most of this stuff at walmart??? lol

ive been prescribed ambien and trazadone, trazadone worked really well, but i would hallucinate my *** off, which was fun, but i wasnt sleeping, so i switched to ambien, and now i think im gaining an immunity to it, so it doesnt work for long periods of time, just to like fix your schedule of sleep for a couple nights, get what i mean?

take a swig of nyquil or a tylenol pm.. both should relax you enough to fall asleep

nyquill sucks, i only slepy for a few hours and now im wide awake and have been for 2 hours...****ing right a thunderstorm is coming
