Best size sub for sealed enclosure for fast bass and kick drum

I've always built ported enclosures and wanna try something different this time for different types of music namely house to dubstep and metal. Metal and house have very quick bass and kickdrums and I wanna feel the impact over the typical ported boom. I had a w7 that I built a sealed 1.2 cf for and it was super accurate and punchy but not loud enough. So what are some options. And if I remember correct the bigger the sealed enclosure the deeper it goes?

I need sealed sub suggestions. But can also sound good ported. My lvl 3s really kinda sucked sealed but were awesome ported. Best I've heard so far sealed have been w7s. Bur is there anything else a little cheaper

Good suggestions in hurrr. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

It will more than likely go in my grand am and I actually was thinking 4 SA 8s off about 1k-1500 rms. As for 12s and 15s, yea they can sound musical and be accurate but nothing like 4 8s or 2-3 10s. Yea I'm losing cone area but I'm honestly getting tired of heavy spl type bass. And if I can get low 140s off 4 8s or 2-3 10s sealed being tight and punchy I would be even happier.
