There is no end all beat all for subwoofers, but my personal favorite currently for sound quality is the HSU ASW-1203. It blends amazingly well into the mid range.

There is no singular best. You need to provide much more information before anything close something resembling a helpful suggestion can be given.

absolute favorite sq sub would have to be the may.... but like others have said, need alot more info... budget, room, electrical... etc...
