Best sealer?

What is the best thing to seal the box with? I heard liquid nails, but don't know what type.

i always use silicone #2 from GE any thats good for wood bonding and clear as a pref...and dont forget those gloves... household rubber gloves like dishes and tpoilet cleaning gloves work really well....

liquid nails for wood is what u would want

silicone sealant is good, non hardening caulk, etc

What would you say is the best? Or there all about the same? And why would want gloves to spread the sealant?
