Best protein

all natural FTMFW!
Yeah I prefer to just getting from my food..

From what I have read, your goal to "bulk up, while losing fat" is not a realistic one. The two have to be done separately. Bulk up until you have the desired mass, than start on a fat burning diet.

with a toning? workout. high reps, light weight

You dont want to change up the workout too much. The high reps light weight thing is a myth. Keep the workout the same, but add in a little more cardio and cut the daily caloric intake a bit.

You need to find about how many calories you eat in a day to maintain the weight your at. To gain weight, add about 500 cals to that number everyday. To lose weight reduce that number by a few hundred everyday

i got some protein for ya, its free you'll just have to work for it. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif

on a serious note, the stuff at walmart is lower in fat iirc, get some NOS/NOX too, avoid the creatine, especially if playing sports, causes cramping. i lifted through highschool and took all sorts of ****.
