Best place to pickup 1/0?

Before you complain, I did search. I got nothing useful to me.

I'm heading home next weekend and I need somewhere to pickup 1/0 wire for the big 3. Locally I have a Lowe's, Home Depot, and Harbor Freight. Do any of these carry a certain type of wire that would be better than the others? Since its going in the engine bay I'm not sure. But I'll just go to Lowe's and pick up everything if I need to.

You dont need 1/0 if your running your current setup... reg, 4g for the big 3 will be suffice.
