Best place to attach REM cable?

Hi guys, where is the best place to attach the REM cable?

I have a 1988 Mercedes 300TE and so the audio cables are pretty old behind the HU...and I honestly have no clue which one is the turn on cable.

Any suggestions?

the remote turn on for the amps? attach it to the "remote out" of your deck or just any +12v source that is on when the key is on
