Best Instant Messenger?

I've been using AIM and Yahoo IM for the last few years to chat with friends, but both have seemed to get progressively worse over time. I've tried Trillion and GAIM only to somehow manage to crash both programs on numerous occasions. Are there any IM programs that are decent, stable, and compatible with AIM, Yahoo, MSN, etc?

I dont know anything but AIM. it seems to work fine for me so I have no complaints...

I've been using Dead Aim, I was fed up with the advertisments and wanted im logs. Trillian seems pretty cool, but I just dont' really have a reason for using it for I only use AIM.

your biggest problem is the keyboard to chair interface it seems...
