Best HU for the $ under 200$????

I have about 200$ or so to spend on a deck. What would you guys recommend? My only requirement is that it needs to have an Aux in. What do you guys think??

man ive been through alot of headunits and heard alot of em kenwood is great can't go wrong with em depends what your exatcly looking for in this hu to so it all really matters on what components in it so not to sure but some good companies i think some sonys , kenwood , audiobahn , jvc and alpine especially

After looking at some, ive narrowed it down to a Sony 5710 and an Alpine 9851. What do you guys think of them? any other suggestions?

Out of the sony and alpine I'd choose the alpine. As mentioned though, possibly look into some pioneer/pioneer premiers. Very solid and reliable HU's for the price, I think the 7 series (760/7600) can be found for right around $200 if I remember correctly.

It may be a little bit more than $200 but i just bought a Fusion CD Player. It added 5 DB to my system. Best investment ever.

Kenwood Excelon's .........589 or 789's

best bang for the buck IMO and has 5v preouts

I have the Pioneer 7600 and is a nice deck. Is simple and easy to use. Good luck and stay away from cheap sony or expensive sony for that matter:

Panasonic headunits are pretty good. especially the one's with the screensavers. maybe u can find the 9800u for 210 on ebay. it says 60x4 but it's actually benchtested at 26 watt rms and that's more the most decks put out.
