Best Highs for under $200

Alright, i got an expedition with enough bass, but the music itself sounds like *** and i was wondering what would be the best option for an amp and highs under $200 for the whole deal? The price can be worked on if its needed, but help me out with some ideas if you can, i got no problem using ebay.

what series and how much are you asking for? did you run them off of an amp, or the HU?

if you arent going to run an amp to them you would be wasting your money on them.
