Best ground locations

I was wondering where everyone seems to find the best locations for grounds. I have my amp grounded on the sheet metal in the truck but I don't know if its the best location or not.

Frame is best..remove all paint from surface then bolt.

that's the LAST place i would go..

if it's body on a frame car go to the frame, remove the paint and use star washer's...

if it's a unibody car go to a nice meaty part of the body, remove paint and use star washer's allso..

that's the LAST place i would go..

Really? On my car, at least, the seat bolts are a good spot. But I guess it may not be true on all cars. YMMV.

I currently have mine on the bolt for the seatbelt buckle. It seems decent, I'd still like to find a way to the frame though.
