Best deck for 300 and under at 4v?

What would you get for 300 and under? I have a Pioneer(Not premier) older 7600 cd/wma/mp3 player right now. I like it and is very easy to use, but it is only 2volt pre-outs. I would want at least 4volts. I am open to anything suggested. Just trying to get an idea. I am not really good at picking out decks for some reason. Yes it is (Am I that predictable on head unit brand choice?!? Of course I am...) and an eXcelon as well. It's a KDC-X679 that I bought it brand new from Crutchfield in April of 2004 so it is 2 years and 2 months old going by that. The For Sale thread with it in it is linked to in my posting signature and there are pics of the unit in Standby, CD, and Tuner modes there as well as a pic of its original box with everything it came with new to be seen if you're genuinely interested. It's a KDC-X679 that I bought it brand new from Crutchfield in April of 2004 so it is 2 years and 2 months old going by that. What's the benefit of a higher pre-out voltage?

It allows you to set the gains on your amp(s) lower than if the preout voltage was lower which reduces the possibility of "noise" in the final output.

Having said that....if you weren't having noise problems before using a head unit with 'lower' preout voltage (such as 2v or lower) then going to a deck with higher preout voltage won't give you any appreciable advantages.
