Best deck for +/- $300.00

Well everyone is saying that now, but no one is giving any specific reason? I need to know why I should buy this over that, if you want to sell your equiptment to me you have to prove to me why its better!
what exactly are you looking for in a HU? I had a Premier 860 before my 955, the 860 had more options for sound, but i liked the way my Clarion sounded over my 860, and to me it was easier to use and do stuff with, the touch screen controls are easy to use and you can go through everything pretty quick, music catcher is a cool feature, put a cd in and hit record and it will record the cd/or individual song onto the HU, can do dolby 5.1, i have a list in the link in my sig

if you have any questions i can try and answer them:)

you should go on alpines website and look at the iPersonalize stuff, it shows everything you can do with the deck, crossover points/slopes, time correction etc, easy as hell to do and load, plus the screen is incredibly clear on the 9835, plus the internal amp is 26x4 rms, if that matters to you.

I would look at the Clarions and Alpine... Which I think they are much better Head Units then Pioneer.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/yumyum.gif.0556df42231b304b9c995aefd13928a8.gif

Hmm......I had a Pioneer 860.......went to an Alpine 9831. Then on to a clarion dxz945mp..........

After both of those, I went back to another 860, and now to an 880, and the 880 is hands down the best.

The most features, the best look (my opinion of course), and all in all the best for the price.

meaning you like the number of features and the sound you are not sure of?
