Best component set under 200 dollars?

I'm looking foward to upgrading my stock stereo and was thinking of getting a Pioneer DEH-P7700 headunit and an Elemental Designs NINe.4 amplifier. But I'm not sure what component set to choose. Since I'm going 5.25's, I was thinking of the CDT CL-51's. I listen to just about everything, so, I'm looking for a nice warm sound, with decent midbass and highs.
