Best component amp under $500 (4 channel)

I have Type X 6.5's in my doors and have Boston Pro 6.5's in kick pods.......looking for something that will get them nice and loud, with the least amount of distortion. I was thinking something like Memphis 16-MCA3004 4CH?? I used to run a/d/s back in the day and would like something that is like that or better.......

There are a couple of people here running those Memphis amps in their rides and they seem to like 'em.
