Weird on the Taramps how two speakers share the middle connection which is negative and positive

I also thought this was weird.

I had to 400x4 installed...it's tiny, sounded good, and seemed to be right around rated...it's not too shabby especially for the price...the crossovers **** on it though but that's not to big of an issue if you got a good eq on your hu though...

I'm taking a hard look at it. I just need 60-80w really, these comps max out at 100w. I have a MTX Thunder 280 I could use, but man it's old lol.

What's up with Banda? Look to be a Taramps style amp. I think they look bad ***, if they **** I'm just going to go with one of the little Taramps.

I have been out of the game a while. But are the class AB amps not clearer than class D or have they overcome that?

Well I ordered the Taramps DS 440x4. Figured I would kick it up a notch from the TS.

Stupid question because I have never done it. Can you run one side of a 4 channel amp at 2 ohms and the other side at 4 ohms?

Yes. It will work fine. I ran a ds440x4 for awhile before upgrading to a 800x4. The guy I sold the 440 to is using it to power his entire system. Front channels to his door speakers and rear channels bridged to a 10 inch sub.

I go the Taramps 440x4, it showed up yesterday.

I have the taramps ts400x4 and it has worked great. It's currently bridged giving me 150x2 and it's surprisingly small.
