Hello i have been searching for a new bundle provider. My choices are AT&T, Comcast, and RCN. They are all within $15 bucks of each other. We do nothing crazy that requires 200 channels, or super fast internet. Just basic cable / internet. All the company's phone service is the same. Who has what, and which company is the best??????? Thanks //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

AT&T - satellite dish network, phone, DSL

Comcast - Digital cable, phone, Cable internet

RCN- Digital cable, phone, Cable internet

ive had comcast for awhile now, i have the triple play with better programming and its like 130 a month, ive had ATT before and really liked it, just cant get it here.

all 3 are around 100-110 a month etc. I am really torn on which to get. These are the only ones available in my area (Chicago).//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

lol @ comcast 50Mbs ...

I work for Verizon Fios..wish you could get it..

comcast is alright if you have good cable in the house, otherwise shitty coax will give you shitty tv/internet and the phone is technically Voip over Coax so it aint anything special

Comast also doesn't have as crazy contracts as Att

Thats what they claim //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

But, really that will only be good for gaming, but also, cable sucks for internet, sharing connection with everyone in your area = lose

yeah Miker... even with DOCIS 3.0 coming out....

you still share the same packet stream with everyone else, up to hundreds of other people until it hits a fiber-cox hub at the front of the neighborhood/business park etc..

Then, it rides a single fiber back to the switches/ multiplexers that comast uses to convert the laser back to packets, and route it..

we're pushing packages with 100 MB upload/download rates by the end of the year at Fios, with service levels of 99.9 percent uptime and bandwidth provisioning.. its gonna be sick.

No cable, home phone, or internet FTW!
lies.

My dad bought a 46in plasma with blue ray and surround sound. Yet we do not have cable tv. I CANNOT stand it anymore, and am going to just get the ball rolling and order something.

'tis true.

You can get OTA HD programming and IMO, looks better than my parents HD programming from Comcast. I just don't get as many channels. I actually get two.

I have no idea what that means. Please dumb it up so i can understand. I just want 50 channels instead of 4, maybe 5 on a good day.

Over The Air HD programmings pretty badass down here in FL

i get like 15 channels in HD ... over the air.. like with an HD antenna on the roof.

ts clear and great for sports and stuff
