Best Buy Sucks!!!!!

i bought two kenwood subs with a warranty at best buy and they wont take one back even tho it has a little crack in the middle what the hell...... first of all they gave me a 4 ohm and an 8 ohm one and they wouldnt let me exchange it and now they wont let me exchange this one.... Best Buy is gay never will i buy anything car audio from them again. they dont even know car audio..sorry just thought id let everyone know my opinion...anyone else have any stories about best buy or circuit city id like to hear about them

I have never had to deal with tha BBB directly. I just threatoned it and shit was fixed.

The BBB can't really do anything except send a letter to the offending company. If the company ignores the letter, they get a bad rating from the BBB. That's all that happens to them. No 'real' punishment at all.

However, big companies...like Best Buy...care about what the BBB says about them. They will generally cave to the BBB's demands. Good luck.

First write a letter to the regional rep for best buy, which is normaly easy to find.

Call the offending store and ask for a manager and insist that he give you the number. Just so can see that you mean bussiness

Write that letter and send a CC to the BBB and if your feeling veyr pissy to your states atorney general.

I got my van for free doing shit like this. It works

if they're going to screw you, i'd screw them.

I'd buy TWO new ones and walk out to my car (buying one is suspicious), and then swap the busted one out. Come back in and seem frustrated and say"I just bought these new and I walked out and opened them and this is one is obviously used and cracked." If they tell you to go find a replacement say, "This is rediculous, I just want all my money back." You have all rights to a refund. Often best buy takes things back on a return and they dont "Open Item" them like they are supposed to.. sometimes they just forget..
