best buy return policy

hey my buddy just bought an amp wiring kit from best buy and when he asked me to install it, i opened the package and the fuse was fried. what is the return policy and that kind of stuff?

Best Buy will pretty much let you return your equipment no matter what...and they usually mean it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I think you could light the voice coils on fire with turpentine in front of the store, and they'd let you return them for a new one...

ask them for a new fuse. I don't see the point of returning a whole amp kit just because of a blown fuse.

14 days for all electronics.......30 days for cd's, dvd's etc etc

I'm honestly not sure how they would handle that we were not known for just pulling a fuse out of another amp and marking it damaged. But they'll prolly just find one in the install bay for you cause theres tons of shit lying around all over the place.

If its a cheaper amp go back and buy the PSP before 30 days so if you fry anymore fuses or blow the amp they'll give you cash back there on the spot.
