So a friend of mine heard my system a month ago and calls me today to say he got the bug and bought a system. Well after not taking my advice he went to BB and got smoked they actually told him to get the majority of sound out of the back with 6X9's and small coax in the front. They tried to sell him cheap infinities he at least had the sense to step to polks. They talked him into a pioneer super tuner I am not sure of the model. About the only good piece was one of the new Alpine 4 channel amps. I asked him why he went there he said they gave me a great deal $1300 bucks with the install minus the front speakers. Again I rest my case BB are idiots. I didnt have the heart to tell him! I said as long as your happy:crap:

Its really kind of embarrasing that people buy from them without a clue of what they are paying for....its like, when you want to buy a new car do you just go to the nearest car lot and buy something without even looking around/doing research etc?...so why do you do it with a system...

so many people have NO idea about car stereo stuff, they are easily impressed by a decent sounding system and they just assume the salesperson knows how to put a system together. I am sure less than 1% of the guys that are interested in car stereo stuff actually come onto a site like this to learn about it before buying their system.
