Soundstream bought out by PA?

I was up at a local shop this morning and he told me Soundstream had recently been bought out by Power Acoustik. I noticed when i looked at his PA catalog that PA has a new line of amps that look just like the Soundstream Class d2 series amps. yes, soundstream was bought by power acoustic years ago. still a good product. infact, power acoustic's product improved dramatically after they bought soundstream.

yep, I bought a used a3000db last year and emailed PA about getting it fixed. I got an email back from a SS email.
