I have had plenty of confrontations with big box store installers and sales people. I buy a lot of wiring harnesses and such through them. Tend to peruse the open box items as you can find some deals on them sometimes. But I have never been bored enough to go in and purposely quiz someone just to make myself feel smarter. Who gives a fat rat's arse what they do or do not know ? I actually go out of my way not to be a d!ck to these guys -- mainly because I know that there are people, like the OP, who get out of the bed in the morning with the sole purpose of going to down to the local retail shop, waste these poor guys' time, and try to prove to themselves how smart they are. I thought CC carried all Tsunami stuff, but you are right, a lot of them don't know jack, but the basics. They dont get paid to make your shit sound like a million bucks. They get paid to make the shit you buy at CC or BB turn on when you start your car. Personally i think they do a haflway decent job at that. What i learned because i have had a radio put in by them before, is NOBODY will do your car better than you. Why should they? I mean if they do manage to get your car loud, do you think they care about what it is doing to your battery and alt? noooooooo!!! They don't even get paid off commission, so it's all the same to them. Get you in, get you out.

didnt read all the posts, but, for people talking sh1t about CC and BB employees, isnt that just another stereo type? like the guy in the previos post stated, how many stores and how many employees are there? it's like saying black/white/asian/hispanic people are stupid just because u meet a few that really are.

now im not sure about BB but at CC, everybody on the floor pretty much rotates around, so someone that works in the PC or other dept might come help someone in the car audio section, and no they wont know much about it.

and if that's all u have to do (going to those stores to quiz people), then u might need to get a life.

Going to the hospital and looking at your best friend, who 2 weeks ago was 100 percent perfect, good hearted person, and seeing him dying is something i wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. Well call me stupid if you wish, but for people who are mortaly injured, there still planing on him living at least a few days, and think he may make it or else they wouldnt do the surgery.

i know you dont think he would... but you never know what he could be planning and he could be on the fence about it... some peoples issues run deep man... its something i never gave much thought to until recently but everything you do does have a reaction... i wanted my ex to come back to me, i pissed her off, now she likes my former best friend, so you never know just what could happen because of what you do.
