Went up to Best Buy yesterday out of boredom to check out the 9885, and while I was there I was laughing at their prices.

$250 for a set of Type-R components

$130 for a RockFord 4-gauge wiring kit

There were a few others, but I can't remember them off the top of my head.

They are in the car stereo business, they, like any other business, have a standerd mark-up on there products. if you don't like their prices, don't shop there. its as siple as that

People amaze me. Do you have any clue how much overhead costs they have to deal with? There's a reason ebay sellers can sell equipment for half of what it is in a large corporation like BB- they don't have to worry about the massive amounts of overhead costs companies deal with.
