best bump for my money

So I'm thinking about getting a FIBL18 but I'm not sure if I want it 100% yet. Are there better 15's or 18's in the same price range? I'm not trying to spend more than 350 for it and I'm going for db's over sq. I'll be running a 1 ohm stale 1100 alpine amp. There's just so many different sub companies and the more I research the harder it is to make a decision. Help please?

I would get a bigger amp.. fi makes great subs though but i know someone selling a btl motor for 150, and you can get a recone for 150 and have a btl instead of a bl

Is it the motor for the 15 or 18? But I gotta wait for my tax return so itl prolly be like a week
