best box style for an RX7?

Well, I would like to do an aero/round port now rather than a slot port. How do I calculate how big of a port I need and how long.

I can get a aero or a 4" X 17" aero port tube or a 6" round port (PVC pipe)

its a '90... currently has a 5.0HO converted to carb, MSD ignition, HEI dist., LT headers, single plane hi-rise, Holley 650, NOS wet kit, Jacobs Nitrous Mastermind, 4.10:1 LSD, weight reduction, etc.... building a 408W for it right now but that won't be going in until I get a few more passes on the 302 this spring... 302 has me in the mid 10's already, should break 9's with the 408 and less squeeze

I was just getting on here to put that I found that site and got it figured out LOL... going with a 4" X 12~" flared port for 35hz-36hz
