Best Blu Ray Player besides PS3?

I just bought a 32 Lcd to hang in my room and wanting to know whats the best Blu ray player out there besides the ps3. I am trying to keep it around 225-250 but want one that also is an excellent cd/sacd player. I already have PS3 in my living room and don't want to drop another 400 dollars on one.

almost all the samsungs have been the highest rated as well as a couple of the panasonics. check sams club for an open box i saw a nice samsung for 190 that retails for 300+ as an open box.
