Gee thanks man, that was real helpfull.
I wanted to know what some other people thought, and what amps they specifically like or dislike.
Hey Justin //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif Good to see you're still about //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gifMy Lanzar optidrives are as high quality as I'll ever need, WAY under-rated, all specs below audibility, but that's beside the point.
Brands that usually get tossed around on this subject --
JL
Arc
Tru
US Amps
McIntosh
Sinfoni
blah
blah
blah
Pretty much all the over-priced stuff that can be matched in performance by any of SEVERAL other LESS expensive brands //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
how about ROCK amps..... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gifBrax/Helix
And anything built by Zed Audio (ESX, old Hifonics, Old Lanzar Opti's, Rodek, etc etc)
I've got a 200.2 and 1000.1D, but I bought a 100.4 that just arrived which will soon replace the 200.2. I'm going to bridge it for ~250x2 to my components. I can finally put to rest any doubt that I have enough power up front. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gifYes, opti's are WAY under-rated. Very nice. Wouldn't reccomend any other lanzar amps, but opti. What model by the way?
Aw, I forgot about them. I had a 34230; and while it wasn't high on the flexibility meter, it was an awesome amp.eclipse, pretty and extreme quality.
