Best Amplifier for SPZ60 Speakers

I have two sets of the SPZ60 speakers but im not sure which amplifier to run with these. I know these are rated at 150 watts rms and they are rated at 3 ohms. I have also heard that they sound better and are able to handle more than the rated power. I would like to keep the system all boston acoustics so from the following list of amplifiers which one would be the best fit for these speakers without blowing them out.....one GT4100 ( 125 x 4 @ 3 ohms) two GT2125 (162.5 x 2 @ 3 ohms) and two GT2200 ( 275 x 2 @ 3 ohms) ?????????????????????
