Best Amp Kits?

Copper's copper - you're never going to hear a difference. If you're competing at top levels there may be some tiny difference but otherwise it just ain't important, just marketing.

Silver-tinned copper is a better conductor than copper alone.

cool thing about stinger is that they have my battery terminal, since my truck is GM (GMC Sierra) the terminal has to be custom made for the truck lol. Found out when I installed my first system.

You don't need a apecial terminal, you just need to pick up a battery with dual-posts. I got a Duralast battery (along the lines of the Optima red Top) from Autozone with dual posts.

And how's that sound different? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif
More power gets to the amps. More pre-amp power = less amplification needed to produce the same amount of wattage. Less strain = better sound. Does that mean it will be a night and day difference? No. It may not even be an audible difference depending on the components in your system. However, the decreased strain on the amp, however slight, will increase the longevity of the amp, and produce a cleaner sound.

Cost me around $80 for the Duralast Gold. That's about 1/2 the retail price of a RedTop and around $30 less than any RedTop I found on eBay, with better performance and an 8-year warranty with 3-year free replacement. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Not a chance.

Copper still carries the current. You're claiming that by putting silver between the copper & the terminal that there's some significant gain. It doesn't add up. If anything it adds resistance.

i like kicker because of the flexibility of the wire and knu because of the strand count.
Another good point. If your install requires you to bend the wire very much, like when mounting the amps vertically and close to the floor, the kicker Hyperflex is a good choice. Plus it makes it easier to follow the curves of the floor pans and keep the install clean.
