Yeah, it's fashionable to dis CDT, but I enjoyed my EF's very much. I didn't get as much midbass out of them as the Rainbows, but then again my doors were not deadened as well either. The midrange is excellent and I never once noticed them breaking up.I dug my cdt ef63's, great sounding speakers, close to 200 bucks
