Hmmmm, NOT ONE MENTION of the SLC 265.

 

 

The Powerline CMX is a higher line than the SLC and the Germanium, according to the product hierarchy at Rainbow's website.

Now the ID's at almost $500 shipped, although enticing, would be hard pressed to match the value of the CMX 265 Kick's at $330 shipped. And possibly hard pressed to match the performance, especially with power in the neighborhood of a clean 2x200w rms being fed to them.

Very well said. I also agree with the HDs over the Euros. And the fact that ID makes some quality speakers. Its just money does play a role in purchasing something, and comparing thing of equal qualities makes decisions can make things harder or easier depending upon if you really know what your looking for.
