Best 6.5 components for $500 to fit in '07 Avalanche

I have an '07 Chevy Avalanche and I want to upgrade the stereo. I am very limited in space so I am thinking of getting a set of high-end components since I don't have room for subs. I just want to have a little bass with the components. Also, does anyone know the mounting depth of the 6.5's in the front doors of '07 chevy avalanches and tahoes? Budget is approx $400-$500. Thanks
