I am looking for the best amp at 2ohms rms that will push my DD 9512, unfortunately I only have one 4ohm, so it will have to be 2 ohm... I would like it to be 4000rms at 1ohm, because I do plan on getting one more later and being able to run the same amp, but about 1500 or 2000 at 2ohm, but i know that will be expensive, and before anyone asks, my budget is really low lol.

Get a Rockford CP model. They are rated nearly the same at one and two ohm. Or JL but if you're on a budget, that's probably not an option. You can get the T1000bdcp for maybe around $350 and a T1500bdcp for $450ish. They are generally underrated. I've seen birthsheets for the T1500 at over 1900 watts at one ohm and over 1300 watts for the T1000.

There is a Kicker kx1500.1 in the FS section for like $280 shipped. Birthsheet says almost 1800rms @ 2ohms.
I know, but I am not too sure about Kicker amps for one, for another, if I am not mistaken, isn't that from a new member? I have trouble trusting people online. :-S

No its from Mitch, I bought a SA8 from him awhile ago and it was bad, he covered the recone. I'm thinking about buying it myself. He's a good dude, I'd vouch for him. he's got refs too that are legit.

I'm debating on that kicker or an orion2500d for 250.

Stephens, if you're going to get another sub, a 1 ohm stable amp is the best option...but its also going to be a very expensive option for the amount of power you're wanting!

Well the orion is 2500 at 1 and 1700 at 2, I figured that would be good enough for one and when I add another later on, for 250 it can't be beat.
