best $1200 system

Whats the best system i can get with a $1200 budget....and thats just for subs and amp(s)? The system will be going in a 2002 impala when i get it @ around Christmas time so i dont really know how much space i will have

OP, be prepared to spend at least $300 on electrical to run 3k, let alone more power
