Why don't you stop wasting our time and try it, use the **** amp you already own.

How big a box?

1 cubic foot is more than enough, boost the low end a little, and enjoy

Memphis M-class. Very small space requirements and get fairly loud. Get 4 single 4-ohms and they should handle the power.
