I'm building a system for a friend, he's looking for 1 or 2 12s, anywhere from 1200-2000 rms total. I build my system long ago, and no longer now what's at the top of the list. thanks in advance.

ok, i'll clarify, lol, I build my system about 5 years ago, and haven't paid any attention to much of it lately, what are dds? I've only heard what's at best buy because I moved and don't know the guys at the shops around here. I'm running an audiobahn 1205, they were good when I built mine, lol.

my buddy isn't lookin for competion stuff, so i'm looking for loud that sounds the best. Nice tight bass. probably building a ported box. so any specs on air space and port volume would be awesome.

well, he said $1000 total, but he already has a head unit. amp will be about $300 maybe a little more. wires and install is about 150, then cap is about 100, so about 450 then?

Two Re Audio SEs or the xxx as mentioned would be good. And of course that UL 12

only thing i've listened to are the type Rs, well they won of all of them at best buy anyway, I'm looking at the RE stuff now, basically anything that sounds cleaner than the type Rs.
