I never said two ports. The pipe will be your single port, its just 5x cheaper than buying the online premade pvc ports. You also need the port to be that certain inner diameter I specified on my post.

Alright so if I get like 5 inch of pipe and flared ends, then you will tell me how long to make them?

Also should I do the back of the box slanted to allow for more depth in the box?

yes If you can find 5 inches exactly, it will need to be 12.5 inches long. But length will change depending on diameter.

yeah 3-4 inches clearance should be fine if the box doesnt slide back. Sub and port facing same way, sub around the center of the box, port bottom right.

oops disregard that last one I read this wrong. You can go as close to half the diameter of the port to the back wall so the max is 2.5 inches away from the wall.
