Best 10" Sub ???

35 is a bit higher than I'd like. 33 max. Sq still does mean something to me, it's just that I'm willing on sacrificing some of it to be a bit louder.

There has got to be a few choices that are louder than the w7 by now, and still sound clean, right?

Again I have enough money for whatever unless it's like 5k each, lol.

Something taking about 1500-2500wrms that would be good in a box tuned to around 33Hz?

I've been out of the scene for so long I have no ideas what's new and techologically advanced out there anymore.

Adire/RE/jl were a few that were popular back then.

I dont think youll be happy with 10s why not a pair of 12s. I had a couple diifferent brands of 10s in my truck sounded good but I was not happy with there performance.
^^^Fail for sure... Idk what you base performance on, but 2 10s can get very loud and will sound very good... I would deff take 2 over 1 15, since there is more motor force.

SSA XCON or ZCON for sure... Do one ZCON 15 or 2 10 XCONs!

I have to wonder why you would not be happy with a pair of tens. In the right enclosure, they will surely impress in any frequency range.

FULLY Loaded Fi BL's toss the pair on 2.5-3kw and wang... 2.75 net for the pair tuned at 33 is their optimal range. great SQL driver. i wouldnt hesitate to compare them to a w7 for SQ but alot louder...

We were playing around with 2 10's last winter, they were the E.L.E from Atomic in 4ft3 with a single 6" Aero tuned to 31hz , sounded great /got loud , they are built in SOCAL so I would think you would be able to find them somewhere in you area.

not the greatest vid in the world but you can get the idea

That was in a small truck he is using a full size SUV

Asking what kind of sub is the best is like asking what kind of ***** are the best. Some are big, some are small but they're all nice in their own way. You kinda have to just play with them and see which one you like the best.
