your best bet is to buy a alpine PDX1000.1 its 1000 rms wattz at 1ohm ,2ohm and 4 ohm then you also will have a matching component

Why, when he's only worried about 2ohm power, and there are plenty of quality amps that can do 1kw at that ohm load and be ~$100 less than the PDX.
