I only have 1 run of 1/0gauge ran to the trunk for my 2nd battery and then that is grounded off in the trunk. Is is worth running more wire to connect the negatives between the front and back battery? Also is there such thing a battery terminal with more than 1 1/0gauge input? I havent been able to find anything.

Its always better to have the extra runs. also a ground run is usually better than chassis ground in most decent amperage draw scenariaos

i have two rules that i live by in the navy and when working on my electricals... you can never have enough grounds and double what you think you need for power wire and you should be good...

overkill=better

not too mention it makes it slightly less straining on your vehicle to have more grounds and better current flow... less chance of fire //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

I wouldn't waste wire on ground front battery to back battery though. Do double grounding on the back battery to the chassis near the back battery.
big 3 upfront, double up on battery to frame grounds, front and back. scape all paint make sure clean connection.
