Benefit of adding 2 8's to your setup?

Just was tossing the question around in my brain of adding like, lets say two RE 8's in the car, like under the dash, on their own amp, for 80-200hz. I wonder how that would sound? Better mid bass or just a confused mess.

if done right, 8's can be great for midbass. re 8's are subwoofers though, designed for sub bass frequencies.
