Bench Tested my 4 channel I got Via UPS

I got my 4 channel Bench tested just now and they said there was now sound comming outta the speakers..small speakers...WTF..the gains were as low as they go..is that why there was no sound??..dude said "It's Fried"..least i beat the check..no charge..lol...So i am getting a 2nd opinion this time i put the gains up in the middle..those guys did not move the gains at all...hope thats why it wouldnt work...so i put them in the middle...and my other shop is testing right now...hope its all cool...if not i dunno what to do...any suggestions please help

yes...the gains are in the middle right now getting tested as we speak..waitin for them to call for results...its an old US Amps USA-425

My cousin shipped me the amp..i know he wouldnt give faulty gear..but no cost to me..oh well..we'll see

Could be a incompotent shop. Having the gains all the way down will not cause zero output. It would have to be a couple of problems in the test equipment to cause that.
