Below 20 Hz ..

So... I was messing around with slowing songs and I ended up with some frequencies lower than 20 Hz. One song dips to 9-10hz and another has information down to 3 Hz... I did take the recording down like 2 dB's before putting it into ITunes but I'm still kind of afraid of reaching the limits of my subwoofer.

The subs in a sealed box about 1 cu ft and its getting about 100-150 watts on music (dmm).. No funky noises so far but idk if this is safe or not to do .. Also no subsonic filter lol

Power demands rise very rapidly as you go to lower frequencies. Your amplifier is probably sharply attenuating those frequencies.
Yup, most amps won't even play 3hz.. I know I had a 1hz tone on an Ipod once and my sub didnt' even respond to it at all, sundown 1500d.. Regardless from what I understand from the ht crowd many amps drop like a rock below 15hz especially.

First of all, any sub that is fed frequencies below it's ported enclosure's tuned frequency enters into an 'infinite baffle' sort of environment, meaning that below the port frequency your sub is going to flop around like an epileptic on steroids.

Practically, unless you are running a subsonic filter you can run the risk of over-excursion, which can damage your woofer.

I did create one competition system where I tuned an enclosure for two suitably chosen drivers down to 18Hz. For me it was a box design challenge to see if I could make it perform well, and in the end it was a tremendously impressive system that didn't use up thousands of watts to get there.

Sealed systems have much higher resonant frequencies and don't have the porting issue, but they are less likely to be able to extend that low anyway.

without one hell of a dac in the source provider (iphone/smartphone/headunit) its not ghoing to be able to reproduce single digits with sufficient control or damping to make it a usable frequency. A typical class D Amp rolls off under 10Hz and is completely off around 3Hz, Class AB can play to around 3Hz before rolling off but I'm doubting at 150 watts you have anything to worry about. If the sub isnt bottoming out or reaching xsus you're fine
