Been out of the car audio scene for a while, what setup should I get

So, I have been out of the car audio scene for a long time but recently got the urge to put a system into my 2000 Audi S4. I am really concentrating on the performance taking it to Stage 3, but it's just a daily driver and I would like to add something nice.

I need the whole package, deck, components, amps, subs

So this is where you guys come in, where is the "best" products out there now? I'm not looking for something HUGE and loud, but mainly going for SQ with some good sub(s) to pull it all together.

Is the W7 still the "top" sub or what is everyone running these days? I've ran two elemental design 15K's, 10W7, 12W7 and two Type-S subs when I used to be into car audio.

Let me know your suggestions

Deck: (would like the all in one screen, dvd, nav, cd, ipod, etc etc)

Components (probably just need a front set only, will not run rears)

Amazing list. I would change the up to a Audioque 2200 just to combat box rise and such and give you some overhead before clipping and id say a Image dynamics Component set. Maybe an Audioque 4x90 4 channel.

I don't need anything crazy, if I were to put a budget I'd think the following

Headunit is going to be the most, will probably be around $1k - $1.5K

Components I'm guessing for a decent set, $300

Amp for the components I would think 100-150x2 will probably be about $200-$250

Sub budget would all depend on the setup, I'd guess around $350 for a sub(s)

Amp for sub again all depends on the sub. If I want to push around 1000W to it, back when I was looking at car audio, an amp like that would be around $300-$350, don't know if the pricing has gone up or down since then.

I'd guess my budget to be around $2500-$3000

I wonder about those Crescendo components. They aren't even available yet. Their amps are a steal, though.

We all know where the Crescendo amps come from, so there's no question of their value. I don't know a thing about those components, though. Who builds them?
