Sold Beefing up an amp?

But I saw in the second link that the kid was putting his PC Power supply (which contains a fan) into the case, which will hold the Mineral Oil....A fan? After he submerges the fan, what affect does the fan have other than circulating the mineral oil if it survives?

Well normally when you bog down a fans motor it will get hot and burn out, but since its surrounded by coolant the motor never gets hot enough to burn out it just draws more current in order to move.

Apply any method of cooling you can devise to increase the stability of [electronics in general] at higher performance.

IIRC, Tom's Hardware did an OC install where they used liquid nitrogen. They overclocked a 2.1ghz P4 to 5.1ghz or something like that. It kept a consistant -196 degrees celsius. Perfectly stable at 4.8ghz. Use that stuff on an amp and make it short circuit stable. =)
