To be exact, its Fi>Ascendant Audio>Steve Meade Designs. Basically designed by Fi, marketed through AA, and signed by SM upon his SMD dustcap laden version of the speaker. I still find that whole 3-way collaboration confusing, especially when people refer to it as simply an SMD product. But, Im probably just being anal.
