I have used paypal since it came out. I have had my account frozen 1 time. It was a dishonest person trying to receive an item and get their money back. When they refused to provide tracking of the item being sent back to me, paypal got wise and allowed me to keep the money and unfroze my account. Now, I simply transfer the money out as soon as I receive it just in case this happens. I also try as hard as I can to get people to gift me the money they send. I don't care if I have to lower the price of the item. The fact that they can't screw me over makes it worth it. I don't look at paypal's buyer protection as making them crappy. They are consistent. They try to be fair. This wal-mart mentality people have, that they are OWED returns etc... it's ruining business. Even on this site, I see people want their money back for an item because it has a scuff or a scratch. YOU BOUGHT IT AS A USED ITEM! No returns were promised or implied, yet because of this scuff on a used item that may not have even been there prior to shipping, people think they are owed a full refund. What entitles them to it? They paid for a used item, and got a used item. This is not wal mart. Nobody owes you anything. You paid for something and got it. No chargebacks, no refunds, no whining. If people would be adults, quit trying to scam each other, and quit being babies this **** wouldn't happen.
