This scum said the amp goes into protect mode, got the amp back and everything checks out normal.

I had the amp listed "as is" and claim was still awarded to buyer.

i lost $30 total and missing plugs and screws from the amp.

happened to me with a 2500 i sold, had it refurbed by kicker and sold it. he said it didnt work. sell was as is, but since paypal said it wasnt working that my auction wasnt right. Anyway they sided with him, told him to ship it to me and they would give him his money back, he never shipped it and then negged me for it. and i cant neg him or even leave a nuetral. fckin bullsht.

happend to me as well, but it was a simple sale on here to a fellow member, and when i got the amp back it worked just fine but i was still in a bent over position geting reamed by other memmbers ect, untill my little turd video hit the air ways.

best thing i can say is , when you sell on ebay say no refunds in giant letters and provide shipping info as soon as shipped and if they try a charge back you have it listed clearly there are no refunds ect.

it doesnt matter if you say no refunds or sale is as is. if the buyer says it doesnt work and you say it works on your listing then paypal sides with them because your listing wasnt actual or some bullshit excuse they use.

i clearly stated no returns because i have no idea who would be installing it, and they still sided with the buyer.

o another thing to do is dont exactly say that the amp works, give the discription of the item ect, and that it is used and for howlong and how , but dont state its working condition. unless you are selling a bad amp

just to clarify so pepps dont think im saying to lie about something, im not saying to sell broken crap as good, but think like a lawer would and if youre geting ****ed , find ways around it if you are a good seller, dont state things that can be used against you by a retard ect. paypal and ebay all do it by not stateing things so that they can do this and that against you and protect themselfs, and its ok for you to do the same, but like i said if you are selling a damaged item then you must state that it does not work, if youre selling a bad amp as good then youre then a turd for doing so

is the guy's username stever9198 from CA? that's the guy I sold an amp to on egay working and he's now saying its in protect. I told him about this thread and so hopefully I'm not getting scammed too.
